Known Limitations
Use these limitations as review reminders before you rely on automation or send evidence outside your organization.
- AI can misread receipts, dates, VAT, purchasers, descriptions, blank status, prohibited status, or multiple-receipt files.
- Schedule import supports a specific CSV shape and is not a general payroll importer.
- Monzo purchaser data can be incomplete, so Settings and manual review matter.
- Receipt URLs can expire or fail.
- Duplicate detection can miss items when vendor names or transaction shapes differ.
- Very large document sets can still be slow.
- Email-in is supported but should not be the main route when company-card bank imports are available.
- GrantKeeper does not decide whether a cost is eligible under a funder policy.
