Grant Assignments

Grant assignments connect a purchaser to a grant for a date range. They are useful for timesheets and for understanding who was working on which grant at a given time.

Create an Assignment

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find Grant Assignments.
  3. Select Add Assignment.
  4. Choose one or more purchasers.
  5. Choose a grant.
  6. Select the start and end dates.
  7. Review overlap warnings.
  8. Save.

Use the timeline controls to move between week, month, quarter, year, and wider views.
